Wendy Wu holds a Master's degree in English Language Teaching from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Education University of Hong Kong. With over 13 years of experience in language education, she has taught in a variety of international settings.
During her five years teaching at two local schools in Hong Kong, Wendy was responsible for delivering lessons in English, Mandarin, and General Studies (in English). She also held leadership roles as the Panel Head for General Studies and Year-Level Coordinator for English.
She went on to serve as a bilingual class teacher at EtonHouse International School in Singapore, where she played a key role in designing the scope and sequence of the school’s bilingual programme. After relocating to Shenzhen with her family, she continued her career at BASIS International School Shenzhen, where she taught for two years.
Since joining Huitong in 2019, Wendy has been an English teacher and previously held the position of Assistant Head of the English Department for the Lower School. A strong advocate of differentiated teaching, she is deeply committed to recognising and nurturing each child's unique potential through thoughtfully designed instruction that cultivates individual talents.
