is knowledgeable, resilient, energetic and inspiring

has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with pupils and colleagues
is a skilled advisor and pastoral guide for children
has strong awareness of safety issues and the ability to maintain a controlled and safe environment for pupils and staff
has at least two years experience of working with corresponding School age pupils
is a continuous and self-reflective learner
has (at least) a good undergraduate degree, ideally in a relevant subject area
has teaching certification or an appropriate licence
is fluent in English
